My name is Sinisa Cvijetic (friends call me Sini), and I am the owner of Sini Painting LLC. 
You will find my company relatively young in the industry but rest assured… I’ve been painting residential and commercial on and off since 2003. 
My painting story starts in 2003 in Anchorage, Alaska. We were refugees from former Yugoslavia connecting with family members in the United States. Without the English language, my employment options were limited to overnight stockers in retail stores or joining a great painting company owned by a gentleman from the same country. 
Since learning the language was a no-brainer, I rolled up my sleeves, joined college, and started working in a large corporation during painting off season. I managed to obtain a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and led large teams in 24/7 operations in my 17 years career with a  corporate firm. 
In 2008 our family moved to Phoenix, Arizona where I worked with the same corporation and painted homes for passion. I owned some rental properties and always enjoyed construction and opportunities it brings. For years I’ve been working residential and commercial jobs with various General Contractors, Builders, Real Estate Professionals, and Home Owners. 
My business has been 100% referrals up until fall of 2023 when I decided it is time to slowly and strategically expand the team so our core values and beliefs are present on each and every job we do.

We refuse to use lower-quality grade of paint, and this business was built on that. I paint for a few reasons:

1. Creating my own schedule (see below on personal)

2. Passion – nothing like that smile on your face once you see your new completed project.

3. I enjoy meeting and interacting with new people.

4. We have fun at work. We bring a different vibe to your home. You’ll notice our team works very hard but we all do it with smiles on our faces. I left the corporate world to have my own business in which I do not have to be the boss but the person who cares about his coworkers. Our employees can work when they want and take days off as needed. They simply choose to be in.

5. Money…but this was never the reason that matters the most. We simply need it to survive. I can come up with more, but this should suffice. 

Personal side: In 2013 I met the love of my life. Maja and I have 3 boys (8.5 years old, 7 years old, and 7 months old at the time of this writing). Since Maja moved to the United States, I supported her desire to find her calling. She is now a business owner and one of the best estheticians in the land. We both do our jobs with such passion people cannot believe exists. Maja and boys gave me support and pushed me to believe this cannot fail. With both owning our businesses, we get to plan our escapes and time together. Try telling corporate folks you want to take 2 months off and travel. In addition to traveling, we love soccer (OK, mom… at least boys like soccer), outdoors, and spending time with friends and family.
